Javier has close to a decade of relevant commercial development experience, having previously held development roles at Aria Development Group, Boston Properties, Pensam Capital, and CRC Companies.

He holds an M.B.A from Columbia Business School as well as a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a Certificate in Architectural Engineering from Duke University.
